TOM SABENS, Founding Pastor | Went home to be with Jesus May 5th, 2021
Pastor Tom Sabens (1953 – 2021) served the Christian Church for over 4 decades. A graduate of Ozark Christian College and Hope International University, Pastor Tom’s calling was always to start new churches and to help struggling churches become healthy and grow. His latest church plant was Grace Point Fellowship (GPF), founded in 2015. Prior to GPF Tom founded Table Rock Fellowship in Medford, OR, where he served for sixteen years as lead and teaching pastor. Pastor Tom was married for 42 years to his bride, Jane. They had three daughters, three awesome son-in-laws, and seven adorable grandchildren. They all resided in the Medford area. Pastor Tom’s legacy will continue to guide Grace Point Fellowship.

Since 1984, Pastor David Prince has been serving churches and non-profit organizations in the roll as Treasurer. With a particular specialty for setting up new churches or organizations, David has assisted in the starting of 12 churches in Oregon, Idaho, and California since 2008. With a degree in BS in Business Administration from University of Redlands with minors in Accounting and Human Resource Management from University of California San Diego. David’s corporate roles of controller/financial management prepared him for his ministry work in assisting church leadership and members in becoming fiscally responsible. In his free time you will find David and his wife, Janet, traveling to their home state of Massachusetts or venturing oversees to Italy to fulfill their wanderlust.
Stu Biegler, Youth & Family Pastor | email Pastor Stu
Stu Biegler is a graduate of Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon. Stu has spent most of his adult life working with teenagers as a youth pastor and coach. Locally, Stu has served with Youth 71:5 ministries “formally known as Rogue Valley Youth for Christ”, Eastwood Baptist Church, Table Rock Fellowship, and since September 2019 became part of the Grace Point Fellowship family. An avid hiker and biker, in his spare time he is often found exploring the hills, mountains and parks of Southern Oregon. Stu’s passion is helping teens and families discover the purpose through a relationship with Jesus. Stu is married to Jenni, and they have an adult daughter, who was raised in the Rogue Valley and now lives in Washington State.

Doug Gould is Executive Director and founder of the ROC Recovery Center. The ROC is a faith-based charitable organization that is committed to meet the needs of those struggling with addiction behavior, mental illness, domestic violence, homelessness or emotional trauma in our community. It is our desire to provide healing through one-on-one peer support services and to connect the brokenhearted to the resources within our community. The ROC not only desires to provide HOPE but is committed to the transformation of building new lives. The ROC serves as a resource center to help support other local organizations in restoring our community.
